CL Distribution Manager

We are looking for a Contract Logistics Distribution Manager to join our team. The role will be based in Turkey and will focus on managing end-to-end distribution operations within our Contract Logistics division. As a Distribution Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient, profitable, and customer-oriented distribution services across our network.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage CL distribution operations, ensuring service quality, profitability, and compliance with company standards.
• Develop cost models tailored to customer distribution needs, optimizing resources and driving efficiency.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs, ensuring OTIF (On Time In Full) performance for all CL customers.
• Lead the distribution team to deliver high service levels, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and zero complaints.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective and reliable service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen customer loyalty.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Logistics distribution and transportation management.
• Strong knowledge of Turkey’s main transportation and distribution routes and channels.
• Wide supplier network among transportation and distribution companies.
• Proven experience in team management and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset.
