How will you make an impact with this role?

We're looking for a talented and passionate Associate - Digital Product Management, to join the Network and Acquirer Services Token Services Product team. This individual will drive product operations and analytics developing a broad understanding of all token features and supporting product managers in bringing insights, compliance, and efficiencies to the Token Product team. 

  • Compliance: Support control and compliance initiatives for token services including the New Product Approvals Process, Third-party Lifecycle Management, Regulatory Audits, and Operational Issue Management and Remediation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from product usage, customer feedback, and internal processes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Capability Performance Reporting: Track and monitor the performance of new and existing product features, ensuring they function as expected and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process Enablement and Documentation: Own processes for token programs and maintain documentation with up-to-date info to be compliant.  Maintain templates, guidelines, and other resources to support product team efficiency.
  • Go-to-Market: Drive go to market activities across servicing, marketing, partner enablement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth communication and coordinated workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience and deep interest in building robust, scalable, user-friendly Enterprise systems
  • Collaborative – our role is largely relationship-driven, working internally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and externally with partners and stakeholders.
  • Results-minded & resourceful – with an appreciation of how to build products. Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and design industry leading solutions
  • Analytical – ability to synthesize data relating to features, themes, and capacity.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic – must be excited about the digital space and the external environment and a self-starter with a strong affinity to bring projects to a close quickly.
  • Strategic thinker – ability to see both the big picture and the details and to translate business requirements into an actionable delivery plan
  • Detail oriented & organized – active involvement in backlog development requires a process-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage details in an environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Ability to build strong relationships, operate effectively within large cross-functional teams, and influence business partners to drive transformational change
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Degree in business, engineering, computer science, finance, or another related field of study is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
