The Commercial & Merchant Servicing Integration (CMSI) team is responsible for leading the global integration and execution of Commercial & Merchant (CMS) servicing strategy in line with the GSG, GCS, GMNS, and Banking priorities.
This Position is part of a team that will focus on creating, influencing and seamlessly implementing change management into our GSG servicing teams for Small Business for the America’s region while driving process improvements to improve customer experience and reduce demand through close collaboration with critical business partners.
Key responsibilities include partnering with GCS, functional process owners and product/capabilities teams through the full lifecycle of different projects. This position requires a strong ability to collaborate, influence and effectively partner to drive and implement change.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Flawless execution against Business and CMS integration priorities, ensuring the customer and colleague experience is paired with enabling business growth
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and other key stakeholders while setting expectations, collaborating, and influencing key strategies
- Drive superior discipline in utilizing project management tools to manage all key initiatives from project prioritization through all phases of the project lifecycle, including the ability to identify/implement key controls to ensure compliance performance
- Oversee definition and documentation of business requirements including supporting design efforts for new technologies and capabilities builds
- Work With product owners to define long-term strategies around product refreshes including training plans, operations readiness and impact to operations KPIs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Project Management and delivery experience required
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a portfolio of projects in support of organizational objectives, through personal project leadership as well as through support and oversight of project analyst resources
- Track record of strong thought leadership, developing and implementing process design initiatives
- Experience implementing strategies that drive quality and customer experience
- Strong understanding of change management considerations and heightened awareness of operational disruption and risk
- Highly developed leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix environment across geographies
- Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Highly organized with ability to hold others accountable
- Excellent written/ oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of the Global Services Group
- Commercial Operations experience a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
