Where You’ll Make a Difference

As Plant Manager, You Will:

• Lead site operations in alignment with global strategy to achieve safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals.
• Champion safety and sustainability initiatives with a commitment to zero incidents.
• Foster a culture of employee engagement, trust, and capability development.
• Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across all levels of the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving culture throughout the site.
• Ensure high customer service levels through effective maintenance and production planning.
• Achieve financial targets including cost productivity and inventory management.

• Set future vision and define critical operating objectives for the site.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• University degree preferably in a technical field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of industrial experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role – food industry or chemical process experience is an advantage
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp technology and lead change initiatives.
• Experience in driving cultural transformation and building high-performing teams.
• Strong prioritization and strategic direction-setting capabilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to advancing company values.
• Data-driven, action-oriented, and operates with urgency.
• Background in Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
