IntroductionWe’re seeking a UX Writer to join our team in Trip.com’s Hotel Business Unit. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience by creating compelling and user-friendly copy for new features. Your ability to effectively write from a user-focused perspective will be essential to this role. This is a hybrid position located in London or Berlin, or Shanghai.
In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging UX copy for new features, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and tone
  • Revise and improve existing copy on the platform to enhance user experience and overall product quality
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, business development teams, and developers to ensure requirements are met
  • Demonstrate a strong product design sense, identifying design flaws and suggesting creative solutions through copy
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Native English speaker with working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
  • Experience in UX writing and a portfolio of past work are a plus
  • Based in London, Berlin, or Shanghai, or willing to relocate. We offer relocation options for successful candidates.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to follow tone of voice guidelines and translate user insights into intuitive experiences
  • Strong knowledge of UX writing best practices
