Multi-Sports Coach (Part-time, Hourly) - ESF Explore

ESF Explore seeks enthusiastic and experienced Multi-Sports Coaches to join our team on a part-time, hourly basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children aged 3 to 10 and a solid background in coaching various sports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate multi-sport sessions.
• Assess children's abilities, adapt activities as necessary, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development.
• Foster a fun, inclusive, and safe environment that promotes participation and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding the progress of their children.
• Ensure that all equipment is safe and well-maintained.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Level 1 Coach Accreditation from a recognised Sports National Governing Body.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching young children.
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate coaching techniques.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young athletes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patient, energetic, and approachable.
• Passionate about sports and physical education.
• Flexible to work after school, on weekends, and during seasonal holidays.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Notes:

• Applicants must be permanent residents of Hong Kong or possess a valid visa for employment in Hong Kong.
