ESF Explore seeks enthusiastic and experienced Multi-Sports Coaches to join our team on a part-time, hourly basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children aged 3 to 10 and a solid background in coaching various sports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate multi-sport sessions.
- Assess children's abilities, adapt activities as necessary, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development.
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and safe environment that promotes participation and teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding the progress of their children.
- Ensure that all equipment is safe and well-maintained.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Level 1 Coach Accreditation from a recognised Sports National Governing Body.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching young children.
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate coaching techniques.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young athletes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Patient, energetic, and approachable.
- Passionate about sports and physical education.
- Flexible to work after school, on weekends, and during seasonal holidays.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.

- Applicants must be permanent residents of Hong Kong or possess a valid visa for employment in Hong Kong.
