What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Partnering closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and delivering tailored solutions using Synopsys technologies.
• Providing in-depth technical support and guidance on EDA tools, including troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and best practices.
• Collaborating with R&D and product management teams to relay customer feedback, drive product improvements, and influence future product direction.
• Developing and delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to customers and internal teams.
• Authoring technical documentation, application notes, and knowledge base articles to empower customer self-sufficiency.
• Managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of technical issues.
• Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a consultative edge.

What You’Ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with EDA tools (such as synthesis, simulation, verification, or physical implementation).
• Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, TCL, Perl, or similar) for tool automation and customization.  
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical abilities to resolve complex technical issues. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English. 
• Familiarity with semiconductor design flows and industry standards (e.g., RTL, ASIC, FPGA, Verilog/VHDL).
• transistor level, analog, custom, circuit simulation, layout design is mandatory
