Job Description

1. Hỗ trợ thương mại duy trì khách hàng: thăm định kỳ, tư vấn giải quyết các vấn đề trong trang trại chăn nuôi: quy trình dùng cám, theo dõi sức khỏe vật nuôi, chẩn đoán các sự cố, mổ khám chẩn đoán bệnh và tư vấn liệu trình xử lý điều trị
2. Hỗ trợ thương mại tìm, tiếp cận khách hàng mới: tư vấn giới thiệu quy trình sử dụng cám
3. Hướng dẫn, tập huấn kỹ thuật cho nhân viên kỹ thuật của khách hàng là trại vừa và nhỏ: quy trình nuôi dưỡng chu chuyển đàn, tiêm vaccine, tiêm – pha thuốc điều trị
4. Thu thập POP, thông tin dữ liệu sử dụng cám: ADM, các cty đối thủ
5. Chia sẻ thông tin với các đồng nghiệp ADM: hiệu quả dùng cám ADM, tình hình thị trường, dịch bệnh
