What You’Ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market share within key accounts.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that address customer challenges.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.

What You’Ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • 20+ years of progressive sales experience in the semiconductor, EDA, or enterprise software industry, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.  
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-value accounts and closing large enterprise deals.  
  • Strong understanding of chip design, verification, IP integration, or software development life cycles.  
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.  
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities in both English and Korean.
