MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD.  This is an on-site position.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules
  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to systems testing and product programs
  • Track program/project status and schedules
  • Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures
  • Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance
  • CONUS Travel up to 10%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline, or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of project, program, or data analysis experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program analysis or data analysis
  • Experience with USMC maintenance data specialist processes and procedures
  • Experience conducting briefings to Military & Civil Service personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting DoD programs or related organizations
  • Be familiar with the Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) organization and operations
  • Be familiar with the S1000D specification for technical writing

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations

The projected compensation range for this position is $78,100.00-$129,900.00.
