Activities

✅ Warehouse Management:

• Lead a warehouse operator managing 4,800 spare parts
• Organize a lean and efficient warehouse management system
• Reduce stock losses and discrepancies through regular inventory checks

✅ Procurement Management:

• Define and manage procurement processes for goods and services under €50K
• Support various departments with purchasing needs
• Maintain the preferred vendor list and oversee contracts

✅ Contract Management:

• Draft and manage contracts under €50K
• Provide technical support for large contracts over €50K
• Evaluate suppliers and implement performance improvements

✅ Eam Software (Ultimo):

• Act as key user and account manager
• Implement improvements and new functionalities

Candidate Profile

✔ Master’s degree (Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics)
 ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in technical maintenance, procurement, or warehouse management
 ✔ Strong leadership and analytical skills
 ✔ Excellent communication in Dutch and English
 ✔ Knowledge of procurement processes and budget management
