Are you passionate about driving impactful change and shaping the future of Internal Audit? Join us as a Product Delivery Director in our Strategy, Innovation, & Practices team, where you will help unify and elevate our product delivery approach across the organization.
As the Product Delivery Director within the Strategy, Innovation, & Practices team, you will be instrumental in establishing and leading a new team that unifies various product groups under a cohesive vision. You will work closely with partners across Audit Product Management, Strategy & Innovation, and Corporate Technology to implement strategic initiatives on a large scale. In this capacity, you will have the chance to shape our value delivery, promote innovation, and promote ongoing enhancements within Internal Audit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive alignment and collaboration between Audit Product Management, Strategy & Innovation, and Corporate Technology teams.
- Oversee demand management to ensure effective resource allocation and prioritization.
- Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and adoption of new practices
- Build strong internal relationships to enhance efficiency and coordination across product, technology, and audit teams.
- Develop frameworks and track key product success metrics, such as cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain visibility across product timelines and dependencies, proactively addressing blockers and ensuring adequate resourcing.
- Design and implement training for stakeholders on product capabilities.
- Deliver business updates to a diverse set of internal stakeholders, including product teams, executives, governance councils, and functional partners.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:
- 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale products, projects, or technology applications.
- Proven experience in product management, delivery, or related leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and influence high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading complex operational management and change initiatives.
- Expertise in data products and their impact on business objectives.
- Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and deliver products at scale within set timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:
- Experience working in or with Internal Audit, Technology, or Strategy functions.
- Experience with enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies.
