Join us for an exciting opportunity to lead analytics and drive innovation within Chase Travel’s Data & Analytics team.
As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Chase Travel Data & Analytics team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable goals and develop strategies that elevate product performance and user experience. You will leverage advanced analytics to inform product development, optimize features, and guide investment decisions, contributing to the overall success of Chase Travel.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute analytics strategy for Chase Travel product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define and monitor key performance indicators
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize product features
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate product performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms, working with data engineering teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with quantitative research and data analysis
- Five years of team management experience, including managing team members at different levels
- Twelve years of experience with strong SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau skills
- Critical and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
- Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, and drawing business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Familiarity with industry trends and competitor benchmarking
- Exposure to data engineering and infrastructure improvement
- Experience with data-driven storytelling to support strategic growth initiatives
