Join a rapidly growing personal brand with 60,000+ Instagram followers and help scale their social media presence across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an entrepreneur who has built substantial organic growth and is ready to systematize and expand their content strategy. You'll play a crucial role in developing monthly content strategies, repurposing existing content, and managing posting across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Threads. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement monthly social media strategy and planning systems
- Repurpose existing content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads)
- Manage daily posting schedules and content distribution
- Set up and manage social media automations through business hub access
- Collaborate on content creation from scratch when needed
- Develop and maintain content calendars and strategic planning documents
- Execute different content types including problem awareness, audience resonance, inspiration, success stories, and partnerships
- Provide regular updates and communicate progress on deliverables
- Take initiative on strategy while following specific brand guidelines and instructions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a social media specialist with a portfolio of previous work (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
- Strong expertise in Instagram management and growth strategies
- Experience with multi-platform content repurposing and distribution
- Proficiency in social media automation tools and business hub management
- Excellent communication skills with fast response times
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while following detailed instructions
- Experience with content planning and monthly strategy development
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools (Canva Premium preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Experience working with personal brands or similar content-focused businesses
