WordPress Development & SEO Specialist | ZR_27996_JOB

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• (20 hours per week) with opportunity to transition to full-time within one month based on performance
• Monday-Friday 10 am-2 pm pacific time

Scope:

• Managing overflow work for multiple client websites across various industries
• Direct reporting and collaboration with business owner and internal development team
• Consistent Monday-Friday schedule during agreed-upon hours (4 hours daily for part-time, 8 hours for full-time)
• Long-term position with growth potential based on performance and business needs
• Working with established processes and existing client relationships
• Access to necessary tools, software, and technical support through the company

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic websites and web applications through WordPress
• Handle overflow work for website building, maintenance, and management when internal team is at capacity
• Perform WordPress design work specifically through Gutenberg editor
• Manage email setup and hosting configurations for client websites
• Execute website migrations between hosting platforms
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to turn visions into reality
• Ensure high performance and availability of all websites
• Manage technical aspects and establish website architecture
• Conduct quality source code review, testing, and debugging
• Collaborate with front-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Stay updated with latest industry trends and WordPress developments
