Are you a driven sales professional looking for your next big opportunity? We’re seeking a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving business growth. In this role, you’ll have the chance to combine your outbound prospecting skills with inbound customer support, giving you a diverse and rewarding experience every day.


You’ll be at the forefront of business development—leading cold email campaigns, making calls to new prospects, following up on quotes, and nurturing existing customer relationships. Simultaneously, you’ll handle inbound inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and support ongoing outreach efforts. You’ll also collaborate closely with our sales team to expand our reach and help turn leads into long-term partnerships.


Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM 30 minute unpaid break

Client Timezone: Pacific Time (PST/PDT)

Scope:
  • Dual focus on new business acquisition and existing customer support
  • Progressive training approach starting with email, building to voice interactions
  • Performance metrics and targets to be established collaboratively
  • Direct collaboration with existing top sales performer
  • Access to Nextiva phone system and Xero accounting software
  • Integration into small team culture with high visibility and impact

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold email campaigns and cold calling for new business acquisitions.
  • Handle inbound customer service calls and inquiries.
  • Perform warmer sales-related activities and follow up on quotes.
  • Manage existing customer outreach and relationship maintenance.
  • Respond to calls stemming from email marketing campaigns.
  • Field simple order status questions and customer inquiries.
  • Support client acquisition outreach efforts.
  • Work closely with the primary sales team member (Angel) to extend business reach.
  • Utilize Xero accounting software and spreadsheets for lead and quote tracking.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience (preferred tier)
  • Strong communication skills for both written and verbal interactions
  • Experience with CRM systems and spreadsheet management
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound sales activities
  • Comfortable with phone systems and VoIP technology
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Adaptable to start with email communications and progress to voice calls
  • Results-oriented mindset for performance-based compensation structure
