Job Description

This exciting hybrid role combines creative video editing expertise with strategic social media management, offering the perfect opportunity for a versatile digital marketing professional to make a significant impact. You’ll transform raw video content shot in a professional home studio environment into polished, engaging social media content that drives business growth and client engagement. Working with cutting-edge content across mortgage, real estate, and home buying topics, you’ll have creative input while building consistent brand presence across multiple high-impact social platforms. This role offers tremendous growth potential, with opportunities to expand to full-time hours and support additional business ventures as you demonstrate your value and expertise.


Responsibilities
  • Edit and enhance video content from professional green screen studio footage into compelling social media posts
  • Create engaging short-form reels for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (primary focus - 80% of content)
  • Produce polished longer-form video advertisements up to 60 seconds for paid campaigns
  • Add professional B-roll footage and apply advanced editing techniques to achieve broadcast-quality presentation
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars ensuring consistent daily posting across all platforms
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visual content that aligns with brand messaging
  • Manage community engagement including prompt responses to messages, comments, and inquiries
  • Execute basic design projects within Go High Level CRM system for landing page creation
  • Proactively engage with industry influencers and participate in relevant real estate community groups
  • Schedule and optimize content posting times for maximum audience engagement and reach

Requirements
  • Proven video editing experience with strong portfolio of short-form social media content
  • Expert knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms including current trends and best practices
  • Solid graphic design skills with ability to create professional visual content
  • Understanding of social media analytics, demographics, and engagement strategies
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong written communication skills for professional client interaction via digital channels
  • Experience with content scheduling tools and social media management platforms
  • Knowledge of community engagement tactics and influencer outreach strategies
  • Familiarity with Go High Level CRM system preferred (training provided if needed)
  • Real estate or mortgage industry knowledge a plus but not required - enthusiasm to learn is essential
