This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM NZST (includes a 30-minute unpaid break)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Their solutions help teams work smarter—anywhere, on any device. They also provide IT services such as cloud, networking, voice, security, and managed support to keep operations running smoothly. Their mission is to make digital work simple and boost productivity.

They are looking for a Marketing Specialist with both creative and analytical skills. In this role, you will lead digital marketing campaigns, design visuals, improve the company’s online presence, and generate quality leads. You’ll also measure and report on results to show real business impact.



Responsibilities
  • Graphic Design: Create visuals, banners, infographics, social media posts, campaign creatives, and marketing collateral
  • Market Research & Insight: Conduct competitive and audience research, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations
  • Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
  • SEO & Organic Growth: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost rankings, traffic, and content visibility
  • Webflow Website Management: Enhance and update the website, design new pages, and optimize user experience
  • Content & Blogging: Collaborate with internal teams to generate content and independently research topics aligned with business strategy
  • Performance Reporting & Analytics: Track ad spend, campaign performance, and lead conversions; deliver reports that demonstrate ROI and business impact


Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on campaign management across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools/software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
  • Experience with Webflow for designing, updating, and building sites
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and connect metrics to business goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
