Job Overview

The Operations Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and compliant operations within the Dropship department. This role combines administrative support with vendor compliance management, requiring excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate documentation while supporting compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain compliance documentation, including certifications for suppliers (e.g., electrical safety, packaging standards, anti-toppling requirements, bunk bed regulations).
  • Engage with vendors to collect, validate, and follow up on required compliance documents.
  • Maintain accurate and organized compliance databases to support audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and escalate potential compliance risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Generate regular compliance status reports, including gaps and upcoming renewal deadlines.
  • Support process improvements in compliance procedures and vendor onboarding.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Collaborate with account managers, Dropship, and Digital teams to ensure only compliant products are listed.
  • Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
  • Familiarity with compliance or document management in retail, e-commerce, or dropship environments (preferred).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Monday.com or other task management tools is a plus.
