Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to become the financial backbone of a growing healthcare organization where your skills will directly support life-changing services for individuals with disabilities. You’ll take ownership of comprehensive bookkeeping and administrative functions, working closely with the business owner in a collaborative, small-team environment where your contributions are valued and visible. Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile invoices in Xero accounting software, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems
- Process contractor billing efficiently through Xero with accurate data input and tracking
- Conduct thorough invoice follow-up and maintain comprehensive tracking within Xero
- Perform detailed account reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy
- Handle streamlined payroll processing for a small, growing team
- Prepare and manage service agreements and administrative documentation
- Execute general data entry and maintain organized record-keeping systems
- Provide regular reporting on completed tasks and project status
Requirements
- Proven experience with Xero accounting software (essential)
- Solid bookkeeping background with attention to financial accuracy
- Strong administrative and data entry capabilities
- Excellent time management skills with ability to work independently
- Meticulous attention to detail for handling financial records
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Availability to work during Western Australia business hours
- Experience in healthcare or disability services sector (preferred but not essential)
