Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard Australian business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Specializing in telecom solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (20–199 employees), the company has established strong processes, modern infrastructure, and a dedicated sales team across Sydney and Melbourne. After a successful first year, they are now positioned for significant growth and expansion.
As a B2B Appointment Setter, you’ll engage with warm, pre-qualified prospects from an established database, connecting with business decision-makers in meaningful conversations that drive results. This is not cold calling—you’ll work with targeted leads that fit the ideal customer profile, helping the sales team book high-quality appointments and directly contribute to company growth.
- Engage with qualified prospects from a ZoomInfo database of Australian businesses
- Conduct conversational calls with decision-makers at companies with 20–199 employees
- Book appointments for the sales team (face-to-face or virtual)
- Perform soft sales conversations to pre-qualify prospects when opportunities arise
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up strategically with leads to maximize conversion
- Collaborate with the sales team for smooth hand-offs and meeting preparation
- Track and report KPIs to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, preferably in telecom, BPO, or technology industries
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging Australian business professionals
- Understanding of Australian business culture and communication preferences
- Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection positively
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) or lead management platforms like SharePoint
- Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and performance targets
- Previous experience with ANZ (Australia/New Zealand) markets strongly preferred
- Ability to adapt communication style to a casual, conversational approach
