Job Description
Take ownership of a crucial revenue-generating role where you’ll connect with business decision-makers across Australia to drive company growth. This position combines strategic lead generation with skilled appointment setting, offering the perfect opportunity for a sales professional who excels at building business relationships. Success in this role directly impacts business growth, with an attractive base salary plus performance-based commissions after 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential commercial prospects using proven lead generation techniques
- Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to connect with key decision-makers
- Develop and implement creative strategies to navigate past gatekeepers effectively
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with genuine business opportunities
- Build and maintain detailed prospect lists using company-provided tools and databases
- Track all activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and track key metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified appointments
- Contribute to the refinement of lead generation and qualification processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 + years of B2B cold calling experience
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Experience dealing with C-suite executives and decision-makers
- Understanding of complex commercial contracts and regular service agreements
- Proven track record in appointment setting for high-value, ongoing contracts
- Experience in commercial cleaning or similar service industries preferred
