Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst

• Develop and enhance governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
• regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of governance frameworks to identify areas
• for improvement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing governance controls and recommend
• enhancements.
• Ensure documentation and reporting of governance activities to stakeholders.
• Support the team in preparing for audits and regulatory assessments.
• Participate in governance projects alongside regular responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in GRC, including risk assessment, auditing, enterprise architecture review, user access, change management, and policy/procedure development
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 27000 and PCI-DSS
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT / Information Security
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 27000, CISA preferred; CISSP/CISM is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman, Egypt)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
