The purpose of this role is to ensure high-quality Business customer advisory and proactive engagement in Retail, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience in Business lending area. Advisory Unit Manager holds responsibility for implementing Luminor strategy within the team and transforming it into actionable outcomes.

We are looking for new colleague not only from Vilnius but other cities also: Kaunas, Klaipėda, Panevėžys, Šiauliai, Alytus.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and performance by implementing and executing initiatives that resonate with the local market situation in Business lending sales area
• Lead your team through consistent coaching, clear communication, and active day-to-day involvement to ensure strong engagement and accountability
• Create an environment of business growth and lead the team to achieve targets set (KPIs, OKRs)
• Represent Luminor by actively engaging with the community, clearly communicating our vision and values, and strengthening our presence in the market
• Ensure high standards in daily operations by securing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established quality standards, processes and procedures
• Build a high-performing team by supporting people’s development and making decisions that help the team succeed

What We Expect:

• Experience in Business lending products area
• 3+ years of managerial experience within multiple areas that also involves customer service and sales management , or 3+ years ’ experience in Business customers project management area.
• Financial analysis knowledge
• Knowledge of Business customer and employee behavior patterns
• Initiative and high-level of responsibility
• Ability to combine strategic thinking capability with hands-on approach
• CFA certificate will be considered as an advantage
• High education in Economics, Business Administration or other
• Fluent Lithuanian and English are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
