We are looking to recruit two new HR Business Partner’s into our People team. These newly created positions come at an exciting time for our business, and the role holders will have the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact on the people agenda at a time of growth and transformation.

Trusted experts that drive performance through great relationships and provide constructive challenge. The Business Partner team act as the strategic enablers for the people agenda by partnering with leadership teams across all functions.
- Partnering with Directors and their Leadership Teams to create strategic people plans, that ensure returns on people investment activities are maximised in the short to medium term and the development and improvement of colleague, team, and function performance
- Coaching, challenging, and influencing business leaders to raise the bar on performance across the function and drive highly engaged teams
- Interpreting data and insight, and business plans to diagnose and recommend people led solutions that drive performance
- Providing trusted expert advice and supporting on a range of People activity by engaging and working collaboratively with our Areas of Excellence (reward, employee relations, talent and development, people services
- Developing the strategic workforce plans for the business unit through analysis of current resource and talent levels, including the future skill demands, in collaboration with resourcing and talent team
- Demonstrable business partnering experience with senior leadership teams with a proven track record of coaching and developing individuals, teams, functions to higher performance. For the Tech, Data & Digital business partnering role prior experience working with Tech leaders is also essential.
- Experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Organisational Design, Resourcing, Talent Management and Reward preferably in a unionised environment
- Experience of delivering of robust, commercial HR solutions across a complex environment
- In depth experience in managing and embedding Change from an HR perspective
- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent work experience

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
