What’S The Role?

As a Senior Product Manager (Controlled Monies & Separate Trust), you'll be an experienced, customer and results focussed leader who will support the Service Owner, Business Transactions and Savings to drive commercial/performance goals, strategic agenda, product governance, risk governance and improvement to banker and customer outcomes for Westpac Group. This full-time role is based in Sydney or Melbourne, with hybrid working options available. You’ll be the overall product lead for transformation initiatives, including benefit realisation and work closely with the Unite technology transformation team to provide product guidance and decision making.

What do I need?

• Demonstrated experience in a similar product management role within the banking industry
• Established knowledge of the regulatory environment for Professional Services providers (Solicitors, conveyancers, real estate agents, strata managers and accountants) and a deep understanding of the Australian Domestic competitive landscape.
• A natural leader who can think strategically, optimise execution and influence cross-functional teams to deliver varying tasks & outcomes
• Passionate about the success and experience of our customers with a ‘can do’ approach to problem solving and commercial approach to partnership management
• A commercial and entrepreneurial individual, thrives in solving complex problems and navigating a matrix organisation, managing risk, with strong negotiation skills
