What You Will Contribute:
As a Service Administrator you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless coordination of service-related activities from initial inquiry through resolution. In this customer-centric role, you will consistently deliver outstanding service, foster positive relationships, and support the broader sales team by identifying and maximizing opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support general service enquiries
- Service quote creation and follow up
- Return creation and follow up
- Progress and process all administration required for service-related enquiries including product returns, repair, warranty up to credit creation.
- Record and gas sensor exchange programs for key accounts.
- Log and record sensor serial numbers where required
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Participate and contribute to relevant company and departmental meetings.
- Proactive customer contact to increase service-related sales
- Record and report key performance indicator
- Assist with monthly sales & service meetings. Documenting key order intake, general activity leads/ quotes /trials and forecasting.
Requirements
- Commitment to fully understand ERP system for service and return case administration.
- Ability to differentiate between customer types and specific requirements such as End users, contractors, OEM, distributors, resellers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers, colleagues and suppliers.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, and experience in customer management systems.
