We’re looking for a motivated S&OP Analyst to play a key role in shaping the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and forecasting processes for our MRO business across Europe, including Drop Shipments. In this position, you'll apply your analytical abilities to improve forecast precision and assist in translating sales data into actionable demand plans. You’ll thrive if you’re a self-starter with a curiosity for understanding business dynamics, a passion for problem-solving, and strong teamwork and communication skills, making you a crucial part of our planning process.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Leading Product Lifecycle Initiatives: Driving ramp-ins and ramp-outs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing obsolescence while making a tangible impact on business efficiency
- Improving Forecast Accuracy: Analyzing Forecast vs. Actual Demand, adding insights where needed, and supporting monthly demand meetings to influence the S&OP process
- Improving Planning Reliability: Tracking forecast performance, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions to continuously improve planning outcomes
- Collaborating Across Teams: Working with Purchasing to resolve critical demand-supply challenges, prevent stock-outs, and recommend portfolio alternatives when necessary
- Using Data for Insights: Using MRO quote data and trend analysis to inform forecasts and make data-driven decisions that support business growth
- Driving Tool and Process Innovation: Contributing to the development and optimization of forecasting tools and analytical processes to enhance efficiency
- Optimizing Inventory and Product Portfolios: Balancing Stock vs. Non-Stock ratios and supporting Sales Stocking Requests to ensure the right products are available
- Delivering Actionable Insights and Reports: Preparing scheduled and ad-hoc analyses while developing your analytical and technical expertise

For This Role, You Will Need:
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Planning & Scheduling
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data in a complex, technical production environment
- Good technical knowledge, ideally of Isolation Valves and related technologies
- Advanced skills in Excel and analytics tools
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle Demantra
- Proficiency in English and the local language
- Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Proficiency In German
- Experience in a matrix organization
- Experience in demand forecasting or S&OP
- Exposure to organizational change programs
