Job Description

This role will provide Internal operational leadership to ensure the execution of daily tasks and activities including: inbound and outbound freight, dispatch, freight spend in a consistent manner .  This person will be responsible also of establishing and updating operational SOPs and meet or exceed the assigned KPIs.

• Supervise daily logistics operations
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a productive work environment. 
• Monitor daily targets (KPIs) such as but not limited to: On time pickups, Freight Spend, Tender Acceptance.
• Effectively direct the team to consistently meet or exceed goals.
• Complete all necessary records and reports requested for different internal audits in a timely and accurate manner.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall logistics performance. 
• Ensure the compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other functional groups such as but not limited : Customer Service Success, OTM Planning, Shipping, Receiving, Materials and Finance.

• Capable to create good inter-functional rapport.
• Ability to send and receive Information clearly and actively listen.
• Adaptability to adjust to different situations
• Capable to manage stress, remain calm and understanding.
• Effective analytical and problem-Solving skills
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong sense of working integrity and responsibility
• Effective organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and plan work.
• Acknowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
• Ability to use good judgment to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Logistics experience preferred.
