Occupational Health Nurse

Aspen Medical is seeking casual Occupational Health Nurses to join our dynamic team at the Longford Occupational Health Centre, supporting the health and wellbeing of employees and contractors at the ExxonMobil/Esso site.

About The Role

As an Occupational Health Nurse, you’ll be at the forefront of clinical care, emergency response, and health promotion in a fast-paced industrial environment. You’ll work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver high-quality nursing services, including:

• Injury and illness management

• Return-To-Work Coordination

• First aid and emergency response
• Health surveillance and hazard control
• Health education and promotion
• Drug and alcohol, and respirator fit testing

This is a casual position, ideal for nurses based in Sale or surrounding areas who are looking for flexible work with a purpose.

What You’Ll Bring

We’re looking for nurses who are:

• Registered with AHPRA (unrestricted)
• Experienced in occupational health nursing
• Certified in Advanced Life Support and CPR
• Experienced with audiometry screening 
• Tech-savvy with strong communication and documentation skills
• Able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Be part of a socially responsible B Corp organisation
• Work in a supportive, professional environment

• Accredited Nurse Immunisers

• Registered with AHPRA (unrestricted)
