About The Role

To be responsible for the administration and enforcement of Fixed Penalty Notices and Penalty Charge Notices issued by Community Protection Officers and Civil Enforcement Officers, including the preparation of criminal prosecution files and cases to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal in cases of non-payment. 

To prepare and serve statutory notices to support enforcement activity with regard to bins on the street and other Enviro-crime issues.

We are looking for highly customer-oriented individuals to join our team.  The successful candidates should demonstrate that they have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are able to learn a subject from a position of zero knowledge and have a detailed knowledge of computer systems. In addition, strong motivational skills to ensure that personal deadlines are met, working with minimum supervision and being an active team member are important.

About You

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Ability to communicate to a high standard both orally and in writing, sufficient to draft various items of correspondence in a clear and concise manner· A detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to quickly learn how to use specialist in house software.
  • Ability to work on own personal initiative and with minimum supervision. Ability to prioritise work and to work accurately under pressure and to strict deadlines
