Our two-year Graduate Academy is your gateway to a dynamic career. As an emerging engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience through structured rotations across key business areas including Finance, Marketing, Commercial, and Growth within our Energy & Utilities division. This is your opportunity to explore diverse disciplines, build your professional network, and contribute to real-world projects that make a difference.

Who We’Re Looking For:

• Graduates in Business, Finance, Commercial or Growth
• Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents
• Graduating by the end of 2025
• Available to commence in February 2026
• Able to complete police clearance and reference checks
