Security Team Leader

We're offering an exciting internal opportunity for experienced and motivated Security Officers to step up into the role of Security Team Leader. If you have a passion for mentoring others, maintaining high standards, and want to play a key role in service delivery at the Royal Adelaide Hospital — this is your chance!

What You Will Do:

• Lead a dedicated team of 15+ Security Officers
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, rosters, and service delivery
• Be a first point of contact for staff and support site safety and compliance
• Gain experience in a leadership position while building your career with Downer

What You Will Need:

• Cert II in Security & Current SA Security Licence (mandatory)
• WWCC and First Aid incl. CPR (mandatory)
• At least 3 years’ experience in a healthcare or similar environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and admin skills
• Confidence with rostering, systems, and frontline leadership

Desirable: Cert III in Security, experience with Enterprise Agreements and team supervision.
