What You'Ll Do

• You will play a key role in Procurement's digital journey and the Knauf Group's business transformation
• In this role, you will challenge and define our landscape of tactical and strategical procurement processes (Source to Contract) and corresponding master data
• This includes collaboration and communication with various stakeholders within and outside Knauf (e.g., implementation partners, software providers)
• You guarantee seamless integration of processes into daily business by identifying key change impacts, preparing for deployment, and ensuring business user enablement and adoption
• By serving as a role model for Knauf's values and purpose, you lead and develop your team with dedication and inspiration

Who You Are

• You have practical experience in digital transformation projects, process modeling, and data management, complemented by solid expertise in change management
• Strong project management skills enable the effective handling of timelines, risks, and dependencies, ideally gained through Procurement-related projects
• What sets you apart are your excellent communication and presentation skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to maintain an overview in complex and dynamic situations
• Additionally, you bring intercultural competence, strong collaboration skills, and a willingness to travel internationally for work
• Your profile is rounded off by excellent English skills, with German being a valuable plus
