Responsibilities

• Monthly payroll, personal income tax (PIT), and handle procedures related to social insurance
• Manage employee records and labor contracts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Take responsibility for company regulations, policies, internal rules, and Collective Labor Agreements
• Oversee employee benefits and welfare policies
• Address labor relations issues and respond to employee inquiries related to C&B
• Collaborate with internal departments and external authorities as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or other related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in the C&B field
• Strong knowledge of the Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and other relevant laws in Vietnam
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Good communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Candidates with experience working in manufacturing environments with shift-based operations are preferred
