Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. 

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, Spain, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do

• Charge of defining what needs to be developed or modified in the organ for incoming projects based on project manager inputs.
• Desing be leading design modifications, proposals and iterations with the rest of design team from upstream phase until the sop., 
• Have to track every single KI fro packaking point of view based on Horse Standars.
• Have to deal with all assembly problems in vehicle factory and will have to lead the resolution of them.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in Design Activities.
• A minimum education level of Certificate of Higher Education (FPII); a Bachelor’s or Degree in Design Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Excellent skills in CATIA (Part Design, Generative Shape Design, Sheet Metal, Assembly Design) and ISO GD&T application.
• Strong competencies in… design of assemblies and sub-assemblies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;.
