Technical Client Solutions Associate – NA PCS

Team Introduction:
The North America Monetization Product Strategy & Operations team helps ensure that the US advertisers (our clients) are inspired, excited and empowered to partner with us to build their brands and drive outcomes on the TikTok platform. We are the connective tissue between our clients, our sales people, and the product & engineering teams. We are responsible for building verticalized go-to market strategies & activating sales to scale adoption of TikTok's full suite of innovative advertising solutions.

This role is a unique opportunity to bridge technical product knowledge and business impact by supporting TikTok’s advertising clients while working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Engineering. You will be able to manage technical projects, analyze data to solve business problems, and help scale advertising solutions across North America.

Responsibilities:
- Support technical implementation of ad products (e.g., Pixel, Catalog, SDK) and assist with product launches, ensuring they meet client business goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client KPIs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Analyze advertising performance data and contribute to building clear reports and recommendations.
- Assist in cross-functional projects by coordinating with Product, RD, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
- Contribute to product adoption by collecting advertiser feedback and sharing insights with the Product team.
- Help improve internal tools and processes, ensuring smoother collaboration across teams.
