About the Team
This Program Manager role sits within the Global Business Marketing team at TikTok, supporting the TikTok Marketing Partners program. In this role, you’ll drive scalable growth across our agency, creative, and partner ecosystem by building infrastructure, streamlining execution, and informing strategy. You will work closely with Product, SMB, Data Science, Legal, and Compliance teams to design and operationalize partner programs that advance business and adoption goals.
You’ll be responsible for managing complex incentive programs, supporting automation efforts, and developing systems that enable global program delivery—such as onboarding, badging, and compliance workflows. You’ll also serve as a key liaison between sales, partner managers, product, and marketing teams to provide market insights that influence product development and partner expansion.
You will report directly to the TikTok Marketing Partners Global Program Lead based in Singapore and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders around the world. We're looking for a self-starter with strong program management and operations experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable systems that powers partner success.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
- Partner with product teams to build automation and infrastructure that support scalable, technology-based solutions for agency-driven growth
- Lead the development and execution of complex incentive programs that drive partner engagement and measurable business outcomes
- Serve as a trusted source of market and partner feedback to inform product strategy, prioritize features, and identify opportunities to grow the partner ecosystem
Execution & Operations
- Own end-to-end project management for high-impact initiatives, coordinating across Product, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and regional marketing teams
- Project manage cross-functional execution across teams including GMPT Product, Data Science, Legal, and Compliance
- Oversee the governance and evolution of the TikTok Marketing Partners badging program, including criteria design, badge creation, and evaluation for new membership
Program Infrastructure & Systems
- Architect and operationalize scalable systems for global partner programs, including onboarding, tiering, badging, and compliance workflows
- Develop and maintain SOPs, build feedback loops, and lead continuous process improvements to drive efficiency, consistency, and cross-functional alignment
