What You'Ll Learn

• SDLC – Gain hands-on experience by participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to understand how QA fits into the software development lifecycle.
• Feature testing in real projects – Learn how to test new features as they are built, giving you exposure to both functional and exploratory testing in an agile sprint environment.
• Front-end testing – Build practical skills in testing user interfaces, ensuring usability, accessibility, and a smooth customer experience.
• Back-end testing – Get exposure to testing APIs and basic server responses to ensure features work reliably end-to-end.
• Quality mindset – Develop an eye for detail and a structured approach to finding, documenting, and communicating issues that impact product quality.
• Collaboration with developers & product managers – Learn how QA bridges engineering and product, advocating for the user while keeping business goals in mind.

What We Look For In An Intern

• Pursuing / Completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with a strong interest in software quality and testing.
• Basic familiarity with how websites and apps work, and curiosity to learn what happens both on the user side and behind the scenes.
• Eagerness to learn – excited to explore how features work, think critically, and uncover hidden issues.
• Strong attention to detail – able to notice inconsistencies or unexpected behaviors.
• Analytical mindset – capable of thinking through test scenarios, edge cases, and user flows.
• Proficient in written and spoken English – able to clearly document findings and communicate feedback effectively with the team.
• Collaborative attitude – willing to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, and be able to commit a minimum of 3 months. Only accepting local Malaysian candidates
