We are now looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Engineer to strengthen our team in Turkey. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Engineer in Turkey, you will play a key role in growing our business and supporting clients across the Marine sector:

  • Develop and manage accounts with shipowners, shipyards, operators, and partners.
  • Drive sales of fire, flame, and gas detection systems and related offerings.
  • Promote Consilium solutions as well as products and systems of our principals (Emerson, Napa, Inelteh, Klay Instruments) in the Marine markets.
  • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Build partnerships with distributors and subcontractors to expand our market presence.
  • Participate in industry events and stay up to date on market trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored technical and commercial solutions.
  • Follow up on contracts, projects, and orders to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
  • Consistently work to achieve and exceed sales targets.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B technical sales (preferably in Marine industry).
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of safety systems and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and close complex deals.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • Skilled in MS Office 365, Teams, and familiar with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Comfortable working in international, multicultural teams.
  • Experience with export regulations and project/order management is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Turkey and occasionally abroad (up to 30%).
  • Resilient, proactive, and driven — with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
