Customer Advisor

Pour renforcer nos équipes nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de clientèle (H/F), le/la Chargé(e) de clientèle est chargé(e) de garantir la satisfaction client au quotidien et assurer le suivi de l’activité de son portefeuille client.

Mission Principale :

• Contribuer à la performance et aux résultats du Service Clients,
• Connaître les produits, services et outils adaptés au Service clients,
• Réception des appels téléphoniques des clients, 
• Répondre aux besoins de l’opticien, information, conseil sur nos produits et services.
• Conseil et assistance des clients sur le suivi et la gestion des commandes, 
• Effectuer les campagnes téléphoniques d’appels sortants et suivre l’activité des clients,
• Gestion administrative des commandes, et des retours verres. 

Profil Recherché :

Formation : Vous avez idéalement un Bac+2 BTS Optique – Formation en optométrie est un plus.

• Vous justifiez d’une première expérience de 1 à 3 ans.
• Maîtrise du Pack-office : Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
• Excellent esprit d’équipe et bon relationnel, capacité à communiquer et à rédiger.
