Join Spacelift as a Technical Recruiter and play a critical role in scaling our fast-growing, innovative team in the product and cloud technology space. We're seeking a self-driven, strategic recruiter who excels in a high-growth environment.
What will you do
Own Full-Cycle Recruitment Tech Strategy: Take complete ownership of the recruiting lifecycle—from initial strategy and deep talent analysis to sourcing, candidate advisory, and closing top-tier talent for niche technical roles.
Source and Engage Top Talent: Develop and execute innovative sourcing plans, utilizing a variety of tools (including proactive outreach via phone/video and internet research) to attract, engage, and advise candidates with specialized, in-demand skill sets.
Be a Strategic Partner: Act as a trusted consultant to our hiring managers, building strong working relationships to proactively understand their needs, manage interview process expectations, and deliver exceptional talent.
Drive Operational Excellence: Manage and scale efficient recruiting workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the broader recruiting team. Use your strong analytical skills to measure performance and continuously improve the process.
Elevate Our Brand: Contribute to building and managing Snowflake's external talent brand, ensuring a positive and compelling candidate experience. Lead and Collaborate: Leverage your consulting skills to work effectively as both a leader and supportive team member, collaborating on initiatives that drive the success of the entire talent acquisition function.
About You
- Demonstrated experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment within the technology sector, preferably focused on cloud or product-centric roles.
- A client-focused and continuous improvement mindset, with a natural ability to assess and attract top-tier technical talent.
- The ability to work self-sufficiently with minimal direct supervision, taking initiative and driving results.
- Proven experience in executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy, including a focus on diversity sourcing and effective candidate management.
