Consumer Value Proposition - RBWM International

Customer Value Proposition Specialist, RBWM International will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting countries in customer value proposition for RBWM International Markets (KSA, Egypt, Türkiye, India, London & Singapore), with the purpose of maximizing growth, market share & profitability for the business. 

The role entails taking ownership of: 

• Customer insight ownership and development for international markets
• Identify gaps and carry out enhancement of retail products, segment propositions and digital banking capabilities
• Design & Development of Value Proposition based on customer segmentation e.g., mass, emerging affluent, affluent, private banking 
• Digital customer value proposition & strategy development – input on digitalization, mobile platform etc.
• Build cross-border and non-resident customer programs.
