Job Summary

We are building a high-performing team to lead Juniper’s Inventory Center of Excellence (ICOE) in Asia. The ICOE is responsible for developing and implementing tools and processes that optimize inventory levels, ensuring a strategic balance between cost efficiency and service excellence.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to manage key inventory-related activities. This role will support outsourced warehouse operations, excess material disposition, procurement, and continuous improvement of inventory processes across our contract manufacturers (CMs) and original design manufacturers (ODMs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate excess material sales with brokers, outsourced warehouses, and the Finance team.
  • Manage procurement activities including purchase order (PO) creation, maintenance, payment resolution, and delivery scheduling.
  • Monitor and improve inventory processes at CMs/ODMs to ensure effective consumption of Juniper-owned inventory.
  • Execute timely and accurate SAP transactions to maintain inventory accuracy:
  •   - Post Goods Issue (PGI)
  •   - Inventory movements
  •   - Scrap processing
  •   - PO creation and delivery date maintenance
  • Develop tools and automate processes to enhance ICOE operations.
  • Generate and distribute regular inventory and performance reports to cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct Excess & Obsolete (E&O) reviews with CMs prior to PO issuance.
  • Manage ECO/MCO/Purge processes by reporting and acting on Juniper-owned inventory per disposition instructions.
  • Address defective inventory issues identified during order fulfillment.
  • Support additional activities as required to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analytics. Good in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau for reporting, diagnostics, and automation
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, data analysis, and materials movement.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and analytics platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience working in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Flexible working hours to support global operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Inventory Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
