As a Consulting Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering these AI-powered solutions for clients.

Position Overview

This is a mid-level leadership role, well-suited to experienced Program or Project Managers — including those currently at Manager level in a Big 4 or equivalent consulting environment — who want to step into broader program leadership.

The Consulting Program Manager leads medium-to-large Oracle Cloud transformation programs across multiple business functions. The role requires excellence in program management discipline (risk, financial management, governance) alongside consulting and advisory skills to influence executives, shape strategy, and drive adoption.

Reporting to the Portfolio Delivery Manager, Southern Region, you will:
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with client executives.
- Provide strategic advisory and program leadership.
- Ensure delivery success, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
- Grow your consulting career with a clear pathway to senior leadership roles.

Role Requirements
  • 7+ years in program/project delivery, with at least 3+ years in consulting, advisory, or client-facing transformation roles.
  • Project/Program Management certification (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated excellence in risk management, budget stewardship, commercial tracking, and program assurance.
  • Ability to shape strategy, influence executives, and provide trusted advisory services.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud technology and applications (ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM) is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in cloud adoption, data migration, business process change, and technology-enabled transformation.
  • Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies, or willingness to quickly build expertise in these areas.
  • Skilled at balancing delivery quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Executive presence with ability to engage confidently with senior leaders.
  • Trusted advisor mindset—curious, outcome-driven, and commercially aware.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, simplifying complexity for diverse audiences.
  • Inclusive leadership style, encouraging diverse perspectives and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Strong analytical mindset, disciplined in risk and financial management.
  • Lead medium-to-large, multi-stream Oracle Cloud programs, ensuring disciplined delivery, risk management, and financial tracking.
  • Apply structured governance, reporting, and assurance practices.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance at engagement level, ensuring profitability targets are met.
  • Advise senior executives (up to and including CxO stakeholders) on transformation strategy, governance, adoption risks, and operating models.
  • Facilitate executive workshops to align strategic direction, scope, and business outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready materials (program assurance reviews, transformation roadmaps, operating model designs).
  • Help clients understand and apply Oracle’s embedded AI capabilities to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage complex stakeholder environments, building consensus and trust.
  • Support account growth, working with Sales and cross-Line-of-Business teams.
  • Identify opportunities for extension/expansion and contribute to proposals and deal qualification.
  • Lead and mentor teams of project managers and consultants (typically 10–30 people across onshore/offshore).
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture that values diversity and collaboration.
  • Proactively resolve escalations, balancing client needs with Oracle objectives.
  • Maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
