We are looking for a Sales Manager with a solution-oriented mindset, strong self-motivation, and a business-minded approach. In this role, you will target leading merchants and e-commerce companies. Your mission is to secure new partnerships, grow our client base, and make a real impact on the future of our business.
What you’ll be doing
You will join a high-performing, ambitious team working with some of the largest e-commerce players in Europe. The team is fast-paced, collaborative, and driven by results, while always challenging each other to raise the bar. Together, we focus on winning strategic clients and building partnerships that last.
- Proactively identify, prospect, and engage with high-potential merchants.
- Win new business by leading the entire sales process from first contact to signed agreement.
- Build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders, demonstrating both commercial acumen and industry insight.
- Tailor compelling solutions that address client challenges and deliver clear business value.
- What we're looking for
- In order to be successful in this role, you have proven experience in a similar role, and when we review your profile, we’ll look for evidence of:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within a fast-growing scale-up or start-up environment.
- Proven track record in demonstrating value based selling techniques and a consultative approach
- Strong ability to sell to senior decision-makers and handle negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to see opportunities and actively drive the process forward.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, strong communication skills and who thrives in fast-moving environments.
