Senior Associate, Back-End Engineer

Installs, manages, maintains and runs performance products as part of an end to end visibility strategy in various domains. Executes performance tests and may lead the reporting of results. Has general knowledge of performance best practices on various domains including applications, databases, networks, etc., and monitoring strategies including synthetic, real user, network connections, systems, and Java / .NET code. Conducts analysis to evaluate various test tools and strategies. Collects and analyzes network performance information required for simulation modeling studies. May provide performance engineering knowledge in contributing to simulation modeling projects. Develops detailed project plans and tracks project progress. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 4-6 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus..
