The Senior Go-to-Market Manager, Security- Azure Consumption will lead the development and execution of Security- Azure Consumption Revenue (S-ACR) offer evaluation processes in partnership with Finance and Sales. Leverage cohort analyses and business insights to inform offer strategy and performance tracking. Collaborate to build new offer ideas and business cases that accelerate S-ACR go-to-market (GTM) motions. Launch approved offers through, monitor performance, and drive continuous learning.
The Senior Go-to-Market Manager, Security- Azure Consumption will own the Monthly Business Review (MBR) agenda and content, including business health metrics, special topics, and executive communications. Maintain and update the all-up issue tracker to ensure a single source of truth for cross-functional alignment and resolution tracking.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and offer frameworks that support business growth and customer engagement.
- Deliver business analysis to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Build and present compelling business cases that align with organizational goals and drive investment decisions.
- Manage business review operations, including preparation of performance dashboards, and rhythm-of-business (ROB) cadences.
- Maintain and optimize issue tracking systems to ensure timely resolution, transparency, and alignment across stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, business analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, business analysis OR equivalent experience.
- Experience collaborating with Finance or Sales teams to generate actionable business insights and build business cases for new solutions.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Azure consumption revenue (ACR) and GTM motions.
- Experience in Microsoft Security business and solutions.
- Prior collaboration with Finance teams on offer strategy.
- Background in offer development, performance tracking, and business health metrics.
- Experience managing executive communications and MBR content.
- Proficiency with issue tracker tools and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience launching and tracking new offers in fast-paced environments.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
