Job Description & Summary:

Manage and support M365 environment, focusing on Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365. Ensure efficient communication and collaboration across the organization while adhering to ITIL best practices. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications. 
  • Exchange Online: Manage mail flow, connectors, transport rules, anti-spam/anti-phish, quarantine, Safe Links/Safe Attachments, shared resources, permissions, M365 Groups, and recipient management. 
  • SharePoint Online: Administer site collections, site architecture, permissions and sharing, content types, search, hub sites, and storage/governance settings. 
  • Teams: Configure policies, app permissions, meeting settings, Teams Phone (Direct Routing/Operator Connect), call queues/auto attendants, Teams Rooms/Devices, call analytics and CQD. 
  • OneDrive: Manage sync client, Known Folder Move, sharing/external access, storage, retention, and device health. 
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Microsoft Copilot and other AI-driven productivity tools within the M365 ecosystem. 
  • Leverage Copilot and AI features to enhance collaboration, automate repetitive tasks, and support decision-making across teams. 
  • Implement and maintain security and compliance policies. 
  • Automate tasks with PowerShell scripting and power platform. 
  •  Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management. 
  •  Monitor performance and drive service improvements. 
  • This position is required to be part of the 24*5*365 Team On-Call rotation. 
  • Create and maintain documentation related to M365 services, policies, procedures, and system configurations. 

Mandatory Skill Sets:

M365 Admin, Sharepoint Admin, Teams, ITIL

Preferred Skill Sets:

3-8 years of experience with M365 administration. 

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework. 
  • Proficiency in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerShell scripting. 
  • Experience with security and compliance in M365 environments. 
  • Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL Foundation. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Years Of Experience Required:

4+ years and above.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
