  • Champion a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning, while embedding the People Forward mindset to expand growth opportunities beyond traditional promotion paths.

Leadership Advisory & Coaching

  • Provide coaching and counsel to senior leaders and managers on complex organizational and people matters, acting as a trusted confidant and challenger.
  • Support leaders to strengthen decision-making, influencing, and people management capabilities, helping them elevate their overall effectiveness.
  • Guide leaders in cultivating transparency and alignment across teams, particularly in areas undergoing transformation or previously operating in silos.

People Processes & Governance

  • Oversee execution of annual and cyclical people processes, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Rewards, and Talent Development.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, policy, and governance frameworks in all organizational restructurings and workforce actions.
  • Actively manage high-risk employee relations issues, balancing organizational integrity with business needs.

Enterprise Collaboration & Thought Leadership

  • Collaborate across the People function—COEs, Shared Services, and divisional learning teams—to ensure seamless delivery and a unified “One People” voice.
  • Lead divisional or enterprise People initiatives that drive cultural evolution, inclusion, and engagement.
  • Provide thought leadership on market and competitor talent trends, benchmarking against industry best practices to ensure the division maintains a competitive edge.
